FF&E sourcing and procurement;
furniture, lighting and decorative sourcing;
art and collectible-design sourcing;
material and finish sourcing;
custom fabrication coordination;
logistics and installation coordination;
project management;
consulting and advisory services; and
related services for residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional or development projects.
The precise scope of any engagement is determined by the applicable proposal, estimate, contract, purchase order or other written agreement between DDC Interior and the client.
If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and a separate written agreement governing a client project, the separate written agreement will govern that project.
3. No Contract Created by Website Use
Viewing the Website, submitting an inquiry or communicating with DDC Interior through the Website does not by itself establish a client, consultant, fiduciary or other professional relationship.
An engagement with DDC Interior is established only when agreed upon by the parties through an appropriate agreement or other written confirmation.
4. Product and Material Information
DDC Interior works with manufacturers, suppliers, galleries, artisans, designers and other third parties around the world.
Product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, materials, colours, specifications, availability, lead times and pricing may be supplied by third parties and may change without notice.
Images displayed on screens may not accurately reproduce colours, finishes, textures, scale or materials.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, DDC Interior does not manufacture third-party products and is not responsible for manufacturing defects or discrepancies attributable to third-party manufacturers or suppliers.
Any applicable manufacturer's warranties remain subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.
